The host was friendly. When we arrived in town, he told us we had to stay at his brother’s house for at least the first and last nights. The next day he said we had to stay there every night because of rain that prevented us from reaching his place. There was no toilet paper, sink, or toiletries. The bathroom had hair stuck to the walls, cobwebs with eggs in the corners, and damp stains. The whole room smelled strongly of damp, the walls were black with mold, and it never got any sun. The mattress was very soft, almost you could feel the springs, but that was a minor issue. The transport arranged by the host was awful, in a car that constantly smelled of gasoline and a driver with a terrible driving style. The host apologized, saying he had given us a discount for the transport, but never explained what that discount meant. If that were the case, we would have preferred to pay more for something safer. There are much better places in BL for just a few extra euros.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing at all – everything met my expectations

I discovered a hidden gem right by the river, which is clean enough for a swim and offers lovely views from a well‑maintained homestay. The only drawback is that you’ll have to walk 30–40 minutes into town or be comfortable riding a moped, but it’s still worth the effort!
