“きれいで静か。”
The room was impeccably clean, and the beach was close, within walking distance from the bus terminal. The only downside was that there were no shops or restaurants nearby, so you have to walk a bit.

I liked it. The historic spot is solid and the house is sturdy. The host is friendly but doesn’t ask unnecessary questions 🤝. The nearby restaurant The Dutchman's Street is really good. The beach is wild but clean and you can swim comfortably. The fan is quiet, and there’s a power outlet near the bed 😍! The only issue is that the air‑conditioner needs servicing before it dies out completely.

The spot is in a very charming part of the fort, a residential area you can reach on a pleasant walk from the inner road or, if you prefer, from the beach. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom has hot water, the air‑conditioner works perfectly, and there’s a ceiling fan if you want it. A Wi‑Fi modem was kindly provided so we could connect to the internet. The owners are very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with them. In the evening the rooftop terrace is a must‑see!
