The bed was fairly comfortable and the food was good. The lighting in the room was very weak, so we had to use our phone to see into the wardrobe. The shower area lacked a door, so after showering you have to wipe the bathroom. The walls were dirty with unknown substances. On the terrace and the squash court there was construction material stored. Even though breakfast is served until 10:00, after 9:00 the food is no longer replenished. The corner table in the restaurant gives a very bad impression, where staff sit, pack cigarettes or even tattoo with henna. There is no fridge and 200,- for using the air conditioning is also a disappointment. The noise insulation is poor, there is a very strong street noise. Overall, time seemed to stop in the hotel.

Everything was in order, the staff were extremely friendly and the service was top. The inventory in the room was very Spartan.

The restaurant was solid, the beer selection was excellent, and the beer spa was a real treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that put a damper on it was the view from the room – you could see the construction site on the roof, so the skyline looked a bit grim.

Parking was a nightmare – hardly any spots for guests, so you had to scramble for a place.
