The room was unhygienic with hairs and a stain on the bed, and the light was very dim. It also smelled like fish. The staff were not considerate about giving a lower‑level room to elderly and disabled guests even when requested, and they were very rude to me. It was literally not family‑friendly.

The male staff were terrible, and while the spot itself was interesting and strategically located, it could definitely be better.
