“Nasty”
The location was fine, but the room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets had yellow stains, the bathroom towels were paper‑thin and awful, and there were blood or stool stains near the toilet paper dispenser on the wall. The online images are not even close to the actual room. I would have preferred staying at the Bates Motel.

The location was great, yet a smoke detector started going off in the middle of the night and the breakfast facility seemed to be run down.
“Stays longer than 28 days are not possible”
The price was reasonable and the staff were very kind, but for a long stay I booked 40 days, and after a 12‑hour flight they told me I couldn’t stay longer than 28 days; they made me call Booking to change this and didn’t let me check in until it was resolved, which was awful after a long day of travel. I ended up having no place for the rest of the stay and had to book another hotel; Booking offered no real solution. Don’t book here for long stays—you won’t be able to stay. The hotel was noisy, many guests were disrespectful, and they eventually moved me to a second‑floor room, which helped a bit, but a guy at 5 am played loud music in his car and was our alarm for a few days. Not nice. We also found a couple of cockroaches.
