“Two nights was enough.”
We enjoyed the ferry and the easy access to town, but the bungalow was noisy from the mainland, the staff morale seemed low, there should be more lounge chairs by the pool, and the omelettes should be cooked on the spot or they get cold.
“Lovely resort”
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location and activities. Some rooms a bit run down. Housekeeping turns up at random times- didn't come at all for 2 days! Bar staff slow to bring out drinks
The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond, and the location offered amazing views, but our room was a little outdated and clearly needed work.
“wont be going back”
I met friendly staff and the room stayed clean, but the food was overpriced and the drinks cost more than in Australia.
“Not pleased at all and have no intention to return. Money and time spent better served elsewhere.”
Nil. We paid top dollar for a room over the water with full board. The room and the meals were of sub-standard quality. Beer prices (we had one each with our mid-day and evening meals) was an unexpected cost. Some $600 plus!! Shower was hopeless and new head requested on several occasions fell on deaf ears. Same with the safe in cupboard - only repaired on second last day there. Charges generally for room our stay - a refund for our lost two (2) days caused by our flight cancellation due to volcanic action in the Vanuatu islands was a bit poor to say the least. The two new owner brothers have purchased a very tired and run down resort that left us with intentions to never return
