“Wish I'd found it years ago”
We were given a great room with a sea view and close to the nightlife, exactly what we expected—thanks!
“OK.But room too small!”
We did not have breakfast, but the location was excellent. The room was far too small; you would hit your head if you stood up. There was a humming noise all night, so I couldn’t sleep.

“Exactly what we wanted for a short visit”
The location was really good, close to everything we wanted to visit. I often travel back to my hometown of Hastings, even though I now live in Derbyshire, and we will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the many stairs leading up to our room.
Room 4 was on the top floor, so there were many stairs to walk up and down, but the room itself was amazing and well worth it. The shower was lovely, with a good shower head, and there was no need to bring towels or a hair dryer. It was a bonus that tea, coffee, and a kettle were provided. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were great. Having a fridge and a fan in the room was also wonderful. Everything was amazing.
