Palmira Hostel occupies the historic Ecuador Embassy building in Tegucigalpa, opposite the French Embassy and a short walk from the U.S. Embassy. Bright dormitories feature simple décor, shower bathrooms, linens, and fans. Guests enjoy nearby restaurants, free luggage storage, guided tours to the town center, and tickets for excursions to La Tigra and Picacho National Parks. The airport is a 15‑minute drive.

It wasn’t pleasant at all. I didn’t like anything; they act foolish when you arrive with a Booking reservation that’s obviously cheaper, and they force you to pay a higher rate.
