I was told guests could only stay in the parking lot, not in the room itself. They only handed out a single towel and washcloth, and there was no mat for the bathroom floor after showering, so the floor stayed wet. No ice buckets were provided; instead they gave me a bag of ice. The TV offered a very limited selection of channels, essentially just news.

The room was unlivable; the front door wouldn’t close properly and the place was filthy. We left immediately and the hotel wouldn’t refund us.
