Overall, it was a good experience.
“Great stay breakfast was lovely”
The staff were very friendly, but the bed in the first room we received was not up to par.
“Beautiful Old Hotel In Perfect Location!”
Excellent location! Right in front of Bradford Interchange. So convenient for those, like me, using public transport & for city centre venues. Very close to Little Germany, The Science & Media Museum, The Alhambra & so much more. Fabulous old building. Staff are very welcoming & friendly. Cooked breakfast was excellent, including vegetarian options. Two electric fans in bedroom as well as tea making facilities. Lovely toiletries. Bath as well as shower. Lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. Room service menu available. Quiet room on side of hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area. It's a beautiful old hotel, so floors can be squeaky, windows can be a bit tricky to open & close. The room carpet does need a deep clean. The mattress does need a cover. I think the decor was updated some years back & maybe could have been more sympathetic to its era in decor choices, while still modernising it
“Never again this hotel”
The only thing I liked was the location and the parking; the room lacked AC or a heater, only a fan was provided, the windows couldn't be opened because of security reasons, and the toilet seat was broken.
It was so nice and clean, and I loved staying on the top floor, but the wifi didn't work in the room.
