How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The beds were lush and super soft, the hotel was brand new, and the rooftop balcony let us watch the sunset and the local nightlife.

The room and bathroom were fine. The surrounding atmosphere was dusty and very hot because there were no large trees.

“Can be an 8, if…”

There was instant coffee, an e‑kettle, cakes, and water every day in the spacious, luxurious furnished rooms, which felt a bit excessive for me. Everything was nice and clean. The beds are fairly soft and I think they’ll settle after a few years; for now they’re comfortable, though I’d prefer the very firm original Thai bed. Laundry is available on site 24/7. There are many restaurants nearby with Thai pop live music. The blue Nordic houses are absurdly hot, so I strongly recommend management keep the curtains closed at all times. The hotel is far away and you can’t rent bikes or scooters nearby. If you plan to go to the city and market at least twice a day, factor in Grab costs—that’s four rides. Tuk‑tuk will almost double that. The surrounding scenery feels unappealing and like a lost‑place vibe. The pictures here are misleading (not the actual houses). Management, staff, coordination, and communication are all faulty to the point of being annoying. It seems to be a fairly new facility dealing with teething problems, and overall maintenance needs improvement.
