“Чудовий сімейний готель із відмінним сервісом, гарними басейнами та смачною кухнею, щиро рекомендуємо!”
The Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark lives up to a 4‑star rating plus; rooms are impeccably clean and orderly, the sprawling complex offers many pools and kid‑friendly activities, the All‑Inclusive food is incredibly tasty and varied, there’s a wide selection of restaurants and bars with à la carte options and snack bars throughout the day, and the staff are friendly, sincere, and attentive to each guest—everything is top‑level. We booked directly and were completely impressed. Definitely recommend! No complaints, everything is wonderful.

A lovely week at this beautiful resort for our family of four, staying in two rooms with one bathroom and a terrace; the beds were very comfortable, daily linen changes and basic room cleaning were provided, and the entire property is well managed. Six restaurants offer an all‑inclusive option where you can eat and drink anytime without extra cost. The food is decent, though as Italians we’re used to different flavors; there is a bit of everything, and the pizza from Bello Gusto is very good. The only downside is that almost no one speaks Italian (in2) and the entertainment is explained in two or three languages, so if you don’t know English you’ll miss out. Still, I recommend it!
I was impressed by the staff who guided guests around what they consider a resort. I advise everyone to read the review carefully so they don’t end up disappointed like we did. First, you should know that every children’s activity is charged separately, except for the aqua park. The in‑room safe is also an extra fee, something I’ve never seen elsewhere. My child suddenly started coughing in the room that night, and when I checked the air conditioner, I was shocked. I cleaned the filters myself to avoid a dirty room. The buildings are scattered all over the resort, so getting from one place to breakfast, lunch or dinner is a nightmare, especially with a small child. I had a room with a private pool, and everyone knows what that means. Yet they will knock you out of your private pool at 7 pm, violate your privacy, and check whether you’ve left the pool. When you arrive, they won’t even serve a bottle of water. That’s disgraceful. The owners should be ashamed of their business. The food is a mild horror; I think the cafeteria is better for the careless. I won’t even mention the juices and beer—they’re terrible. Staying longer at this hotel can harm your health. You have to buy better juice and water from their market at the reception, and the prices are twice as high as any market in Greece. Shameful, huge shame. I could write about the clients who come to this hotel for half a day. The children do the worst in the pools, and the lifeguards only pick up the mess from the mermaid and do nothing else. That’s a disease. After 12 hours, the water in the aqua park smells like urine. Unfortunately, I was deceived, but you have a chance to avoid the mistake I made. Attached are photos of the chaos and how clean the mess is.
“Все было превосходно”
Everything was enjoyable.
An excellent facility for families with children, which we wholeheartedly recommend and will visit again. Special thanks to the head chef of the main restaurant, Mr. Giouli, for his interest and professionalism; he is a key asset to the business.
