The welcome was very pleasant, the décor of the rooms, bathrooms and common areas was stunning in a luxurious eco‑style, and the staff were very considerate; everything else was perfect.

The staff were consistently friendly, the food on the menu was genuinely good but too little and quite pricey; we were told no drinks could be brought to the pool, so ordering all drinks at the restaurant plus the dinner menu nearly doubled the cost of the stay, which we found excessive, and breakfast could offer more variety.
