The staff were super friendly, helpful, and spoke English well, and one reception guy even gave us restaurant recommendations. The location is great, really close to must‑visit spots like the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, and Fontana Trevi, with plenty of restaurants and gelaterias nearby. The hotel itself feels old‑style but cozy, reminding me of the apartment my family used to live in. Everything was clean and fresh, the breakfast was perfect, and the coffee tasted very tasty. Thank you, Hotel Fiori!

The location and staff service were good, but the cash tax charge felt excessive.
