The room was clean, but we had to ask for toilet paper because it wasn't automatically refilled. The TV channels didn't work, but that was fine. The breakfast was messy – plates and cups were still dirty. The coffee machines (three) were overloaded, and we had to request bread, waffles, toast, and sweet pastries in the kitchen. The tables weren't cleaned or replaced regularly.
