How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bed was comfortable and clean, there was free gated parking and a rooftop with plants, but there was no TV, the Wi‑Fi was very weak, the blinds were broken, the toilet cover and seat were broken, the wall paint was peeling, the air‑con wasn’t that cold but we managed, and the floor was clean.

The area was quiet and peaceful, and the city centre is reachable by a short walk. The port, the best beaches, and the airport are all nearby. Full‑day hikes that include the chocolate hills are also available, but you’ll need more time and someone to share the experience with.

The air‑conditioning worked, the fridge was really powerful even though it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, there was a towel, and there was a terrace on the roof that you can’t do anything on. If you smoke, at least you’ll have a view of nothing interesting. There was a free water dispenser. The balcony was flooded with air‑con water, a huge mold on the wall, everything was dirty—dirty fridge, dirty sinks, poorly swept, dirty mirror. The furniture was old and smelled that way. The bathroom window faced the stairwell, had a broken curtain, and the non‑working roller blind was a scandal. The hot water in the tap was a nightmare, either freezing or boiling after a moment. That’s not how it should work.
