The location is good and the hostel is very clean and comfortable. The beds are very nice and I was able to do my laundry. Best of all, Sergei is super helpful. He helped me plan my time in East Kazakhstan and has so many resources and tips for the region.

A great hostel, everything was clean and tidy! The bed linen was crisp from the cleanliness! Cozy, all amenities for guests, excellent location! I liked the large rooms and the well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed, plus free tea and laundry, and the bathroom was nice. The room could use a bit of decoration, like neutral pictures or plants, and I found the bed a little too firm.
