“Nice hotel,but need to monitor noise guests”

I was really impressed with the value for money at this place. The location is perfect, with loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were super helpful too, which made a big difference. My room was comfy, with a great bed and plenty of outlets to keep my devices charged. However, there were a few things that let it down - it would've been nice to have a bit more choice on the TV channels and a coffee maker in the room.

“Very disappointed”

I was a bit surprised to find out that there was no breakfast served at this place. The manager didn't speak English, which made communication a bit tricky. To make matters worse, the TV in my room didn't work and there was a lot of noise coming from outside due to people cooking.

I booked this place thinking it was a decent value for the price, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The air conditioner was cold, which was a plus, but that's about where the good stuff ends. The tub faucet was on the verge of breaking, and the baseboards under the sink had some pretty big holes in them - I'm guessing that's where the roaches came from.

The moment I pulled up, I realized I couldn't get into the lobby, and things only got weirder from there - the cops showed up during check-in. The room was a total disaster, with dead bugs on the window sills and floor, and stains all over the beds. To top it all off, the toilet looked like it was about to fall off the floor. I checked out immediately and asked for a refund, which I think is a pretty clear indication of how bad this place is.

I was a bit surprised to find out that this place doesn't serve breakfast, but honestly, it wasn't a huge deal for me. The real issue was the ice machine being out of order - I mean, who doesn't need a cold drink after a long day? I ended up having to pop out and buy a bag of ice, which was a bit of a hassle.
