“Tres bon choix”
The hotel looks plain but you sleep very well, the owner is friendly. Ten minutes on foot to the beach, shops and activities. The bathroom lacks a drain rack to evacuate water.

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Window with a black curtain that blocks light. Very good price. Every now and then there was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The spot was nice, within walking distance to sights, and the room was clean. The fridge, AC and TV worked. Apart from hand soap for personal care, we had our own shampoo; it was handy. The staff were friendly, but the lady didn’t know Turkish or English, so communication was a bit tough. The man, probably the owner, spoke enough Turkish and English, so we got along fine. There was no hair dryer in the room, but they helped when asked. Free Wi‑Fi was available and the signal was strong. We couldn’t find out if there was a separate parking spot, so we parked on the street; no problem, but the parking lots were full, so we had to drive a few loops to find a spot. Don’t do that at the hotel. Otherwise, the price‑performance was a bit above average; I think we’re still on the Tifliste, there are better options for the same price. Maybe the city is aware, generally it was like that. Have a good trip to anyone heading there 👋

The location is convenient and they gave me a kettle and a mug. But this place is more like a hostel than a hotel. There is no soundproofing at all – it feels like living in a tourist tent right next to the building entrance. Outside the window is the residents’ smoking area and a car parking lot (you can see it in the photo). The room, which is just a cardboard-walled cubicle, is attached to the apartment building’s stairs, and you can hear the creaking of the whole building’s doors, the footsteps of people going up, and it almost feels like they’re walking past you and banging on the door. Everything that happens at the reception desk, which doubles as the security for a nearby shop and parking, is heard in detail: the guard’s nighttime phone calls, his TV murmuring, and the footsteps in the cubicle. The relative quiet lasts from 1 am to 6 am while everyone sleeps. The bathroom (photo) combines a shower and a toilet; if you muster the courage to wash, you’ll be left with puddles on the floor for the next two days, and you’ll have to wade through water to reach the toilet and sink, so you can’t really wash for long – warm water lasts only about five minutes.
