I was really disappointed: the place was filthy and the breakfast offered only one item. The room rate felt overpriced, I expected about 300 baht per night.

There was nothing good to say. During the festival period the staff were slow to serve, the booking process was messed up, and the room had no security—doors wouldn’t lock on either side of the room. They even handed the room to someone else after I had checked in, and the next day they chased me to another room. Even though they tried to fix the errors, the overall experience was ruined. The staff apologized each day, but the resort should have handled the festival rush better and avoided double‑booking both on site and through the app. If management doesn’t improve, don’t expect a good review.

The price was a bit high.

The family room wasn’t cramped and there was a hair dryer; the owner kindly upgraded us so we could stay together. The hot water heater didn’t work, and the breakfast was sparse—just congee with boiled eggs, coffee, and Milo sachets.
