The rates were cheap, but a random pitbull wandered around the property. It was friendly, yet it could be off‑putting for other guests.

I’m disabled and have many health issues, yet the staff refused to help me with my language. Because of my health, I had to reject two rooms they offered downstairs. One staff member, an Indian woman, told me there were no more rooms available since I wouldn’t accept the two dirty rooms she had shown me, and she was very rude to me as a disabled person.

The ad promised a king bed, but none was in the room. The ads were completely misleading; I want my money back. The staff were rude, and the pictures advertised a king bed, yet the hotel has no kings or even two doubles. I paid expecting one thing and received something entirely different. I’d like to know how to get a refund through Booking. It was awful!!!

The place sits in a quiet spot near everything you need. The staff were extremely poor; the emergency numbers they gave didn’t work, so you better arrive before 7. It was very dark at night, barely any light, and there was literally no one around. Unlike other places that have staff on different shifts, this felt more like an apartment than a tourist hotel. They said late check‑in was okay, but when we got there at 8 pm we sat for hours waiting and calling for help with our children. We were on the road for 6 hrs, still stuck in the car, and ended up stranded until we found another place on such short notice. The sky fell and we were still stuck—finding a suitable spot for kids in the middle of the night is hard, and it seemed like people weren’t trying to get paid for their services. I felt terrible for my babies because they were suffering and I blamed myself. My sister was in hospice, we booked a room to see her, and on top of that we had to deal with all this. Emergency funds were tied up in the last reservation, and we had to hope we could get extra money to get back home and stay elsewhere. We eventually found a nice place that looked out for us and understood our situation, worked with us, and I will forever be grateful.
