The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I asked about breakfast. The bathroom was tiny, with a shower stall that collapsed when I used the toilet, forcing me to sit sideways on the toilet. After showering, the whole floor got soaked. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The curtains were yellowed and torn, and the wall‑mounted hair dryer couldn't be plugged in, making it unusable. Breakfast was served at a different hotel.
