The location is excellent. The room is very basic for the price charged, just standard. The toilet made endless noise until I pressed the button to stop it.

I liked the location and the room was nice with a view of the harbour, plus the pool was big enough and had good facilities, but I felt a little tired overall.

L’emplacement proche d’un arrêt de bus à 10 minutes de Buckingham Palace, en retrait de la route, quartier propre et safe. Le professionnalisme et la courtoisie du personnel fait toute la différence. On se sent dans un hotel de standing. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, la propreté dans tout l’établissement, l’odeur de propre. Chambre très spacieuse et salle de bain équipée d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Une grande partie du personnel parle portugais et c’est agréable lorsqu’on choisit un hôtel de la chaîne Pestana. Malheureusement l’hôtel commence à vieillir et ça se remarque si on regarde de plus près. Je n’ai pas tout à fait bien dormi car le matelas était trop mou pour moi

The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms are smart, spacious, and well fitted, and the room service is good, yet I noticed the property is starting to look a bit tired and could use a fresh coat of paint and a tidy up, which was a bit disappointing, and my room felt worn.
