We ran into a lot of inconsistency with the staff. After booking three single rooms, we ended up with one double and one single for our three friends. No one tried to fix it, and when we offered to pay for an extra single, they said they couldn’t help. The website and our experience didn’t match the claim that the place was fully booked.
