The beach and the view from the hotel were great. The beds were bad, and we had to wait a long time at check‑in. They didn't turn on the air‑conditioning in the hotel, only at the main entrance, so we sweated. The layout was impractical, everything was far apart and illogical for food and drinks.

The setting is wonderful, with a great coastline and a dreamy sea view from the villa. The villa itself is very nice, clean, and well‑maintained. Unfortunately, the buffet selection was rather limited and not very varied, especially the kids' buffet. The service was sometimes lacking – it was either very slow (for example, breakfast in our villa was served half an hour late compared to the agreed time) or the staff were not always friendly. Disturbing were the calls to our villa at 22:30 h. A big disappointment was the kids' club, which consisted of just two small rooms with old, partially damaged, and worn toys. The space for creative activities and workshops looked poorly maintained and not very inviting. For a hotel of this category, we expected much more.

The surroundings, sea, and pool were nice, and the staff were very friendly, though the lifts were sometimes closed. We found peace and the staff were friendly. Live music could have been better, more Turkish than international. The dessert was also less satisfying; pancakes could have been cooked more. Why was there no waffle as a dessert during dinner? The meat dishes could be better, they were too dry. More mocktails should be available. Hygiene was sometimes lacking. Tables were cleared late and sometimes never.

The screen is good, the big pools are nice, the room is clean, and the restaurants are clean. The reception guys were rude and didn't answer questions in a friendly way. No one helped us carry our luggage. The housekeeper on the last day didn't clean our room; she only put towels on the bed. The barista used hand white‑out gloves and touched mints for the mojito.
