Mario and Estela were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to give us solid tourist tips. The hostel sits right in front of a parking spot, which made getting in and out a breeze. The only snag was that the room didn’t have the private bathroom we’d booked, though we never actually had to share one. Overall we left pretty happy and would tell others to stay here.

Stayed on the ground floor and loved the host’s warm welcome, the cultural vibe, and breakfasts that came with stunning views. The room was a bit noisy and didn’t feel super private, but it never really bothered me. All in all, a solid experience.

The place sits right on the town’s main square, nicely decorated and comfortable, and the owner even offered to make us a coffee at 5:30 am when we missed breakfast. The downside was that the building shares its floor with a bar, so it was pretty loud at first, though after midnight it shut down and the night got quiet. Still, the location and the owner’s effort made up for the early‑morning hassle.

Don Mario and his wife were incredibly welcoming, gave me a lovely private room and plenty of local tips, and we ended up chatting a lot. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and breakfast was unbelievably good. The neighborhood is quiet, with a tejo court next door and plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk to the central plaza. Would definitely come back.
