The location was great, and breakfast was very good with local products and homemade sweets. The owner was very kind. The room’s cleanliness was poor, with many cobwebs and dust on the ceiling beams that fell onto the bed. The shower had a curtain with a flimsy support that fell apart easily. There were no shower gel or shampoo. The staircase to the rooms was really steep.

The staff were extremely friendly and the location is strategic for visiting Monferrato. The building is nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning, which made the stay less comfortable. The pool area has many bees, which makes it difficult to use.

The host Francesca is super charming, friendly, helpful and humorous! Breakfast was very abundant and truly excellent! Here you get the best cappuccino, the tastiest cheese (four different varieties!), ham, cakes, fresh organic fruit and juices, etc., etc… simply great! Everything is lovingly set up and decorated! The rooms and bathroom are comfortable and cozy! Thank you, Francesca, we’ll gladly come back! Everything was perfect!

We were met with a very warm welcome from Francesca and her son despite our last‑minute reservation (midday to afternoon), who adjusted his schedule and received us with so much kindness. It’s a shame the opening/ access times for the pool aren’t listed because we had specifically filtered for “pool” in Booking.
