Location. There was no cleanliness, air was not feeling fresh at all, foul smell, 2 guest and 1 child only 1 towel, no fridge in the room. Floor mat was so dirty

The service was third class.

The breakfast was good, but the service, cleanliness, and staff response were lacking.

I was really impressed with the room at this hotel - it was huge and the bed was super comfy. The balcony was a nice touch, but unfortunately it was a bit of a letdown. The construction work going on right outside made it impossible to use, with a thick layer of dust covering everything. Still, the room itself made up for it, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's atmosphere was absolutely enchanting, with a beautiful garden and a serene pool area that made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the real letdown was the food - I ordered a salad and it was literally rotten, with brown edges and a smell that was just awful. I was really looking forward to trying the hotel's restaurant, but this experience put me off completely.
