The accommodation had a balcony overlooking the lawn, which we liked because it gave easy access to the beach and breakfast. The bed and sheets were good, only a minor issue with some maintenance needed in the apartment.

We had a very good experience: the food was excellent, the public and private areas were spotless, and my daughter loved the huge pool play structure and the playroom, although two air‑conditioners weren’t working. We liked how the social spaces were arranged, with rooms close to the pool and beach, everything tidy and well organized, and the foot‑cleaning station before the beach area helped keep the hotel and pools clean. On the downside, the reception staff were cold from the start and remained unempathetic throughout our stay, a feeling echoed by other guests we met. On the second night around 09:45 pm, I and two other dads asked to set up umbrellas and the employee looked quietly irritated. The baby cup went a whole afternoon and night without detergent or clean glasses – that was my fault for not requesting it, but it still should have been restocked. At checkout a receptionist remarked that we should have booked directly with the hotel instead of through a third‑party because we would have saved about R$ 800 for four nights; that comment was misplaced and the actual price difference was roughly R$ 75 per night, about R$ 300 total. Overall the stay was very good and I would return, as these issues seem to be personal shortcomings that could be fixed with a simple refresher training.

The pool and the rooms both exceeded what I expected, though the meals took too long to arrive.

The hotel itself was fine, but the beach was basically unusable because of the water quality issues. That was a major bummer for me since I'd been looking forward to spending some time by the ocean.
