“very disappointing, the place felt like an old peoples home that needs a good scrub”

The pool was very dirty with many critters swimming in it, the evening meal was of poor quality, and the massages we booked in the spa were supposed to be deep‑tissue therapeutic but turned out to be the lightest pressure—just a waste of time and money.
