How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel staff's exceptional hospitality was a highlight of our stay, but we encountered some issues with meal options and backup plans. While the staff's kindness made up for some of the shortcomings, we felt that the hotel could improve in these areas. Overall, the experience was pleasant but had some areas for improvement.

This hotel boasts a stunning appearance and comfortable accommodations, situated in a convenient location despite some initial difficulties for low-clearance vehicles. However, the room cleaning services require improvement. The staff's hospitality was a highlight of the stay.

Our stay was a mixed experience, with some pleasant interactions and others that left us feeling disappointed. While the breakfast was satisfactory and the kitchen staff were friendly, we were disappointed to find that there was no children's menu available. On the other hand, we were impressed by the helpfulness of Mr. Luis, who assisted us with our luggage and provided us with our room.
