La ubicación. 1.

The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The older lady in charge of housekeeping was always kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the staff’s attention did not meet expectations. On several occasions the treatment was not friendly and seemed reluctant or with little willingness to help. I also had a bad experience with breakfasts. I am vegetarian and for three consecutive days I was served eggs in different formats with ham, without ever being asked if I had dietary restrictions. When I requested a ham‑free alternative, they simply brought the same egg removing the visible pieces, and even a small piece remained that I didn’t notice at first, so I couldn’t eat it. The reluctant girl threw the plate on the table disdainfully. Another uncomfortable aspect occurred at check‑out when they tried to charge us for a water bottle we had not consumed. They told us it was open and that part of its content was missing, something we considered impossible, since we always brought our own water and avoided the hotel’s drinks because of their high prices. Additionally, the room inspection was done without our presence. Overall, although the accommodation met basic cleanliness and comfort, the quality of the service received made the experience fall short of our expectations.

The hotel’s location is very good, close to many bakeries, bars, shops, and exchange houses. Breakfast is fine, includes fruit, juice, bread, scrambled eggs, arepa, bread, butter, and jam. Regarding cleanliness, it could improve; when we were given the room it was fine, but the next day we noticed details that could be better.
