The elevator worked and the breakfast items were varied, but the rooms were small, the bathroom felt too dated for the price, and after 19:00 every common area, including the ground‑floor lounge, was locked, so we couldn’t hang out with friends there.

The hotel was clean and the people were kind. The room itself couldn’t be warmed from inside, and after 9 pm there was no one at reception to help, which made it uncomfortable.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a pleasant trip to QC Terme Dolomiti, and the property turned out to be perfect. The location is excellent, strategically positioned for the spa and for moving around nearby places like Moena. The room was beautiful, welcoming, and clean, complete with comfortable bathrobes and towels for the internal SPA, which is truly excellent and well maintained (3 saunas, 2 whirlpool tubs, a Turkish bath, a relaxation area, and several showers). Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the fast Wi‑Fi and a very good price‑quality ratio. Parking was always available during our stay. The only thing I’d mention is that the spa kit didn’t include slippers, though they can be purchased at reception.

The breakfast was very good—rich, plentiful, and with a wide variety of sweet and savory options for everyone’s taste. The staff were truly kind and considerate. Highly recommended.
