“Would not stay there again”
The location was okay. The place was dated, not very clean, had no smart TV for Netflix or Prime, and we had to rent DVDs – seriously? The underground parking wasn’t secure; anyone could get in.

The room was spacious enough for a family of three (mom and two kids). The pool and fitness facilities were great, check‑in was easy, and parking was free. The ceiling had low drop tiles that made it feel like an office, and there was no microwave in the room.

The staff were very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well‑located. No complaints.

The room is pretty roomy, featuring two big beds and a sofa zone. In the lobby you can grab free coffee and tea, and there’s a self‑laundry room right on the premises. It’s just a short walk to the Roam #1 bus stop if you’re not driving into the city. The bathroom looks old‑fashioned and the faucets are a bit clunky to operate, and the coffee machine in the room wasn’t clean.

The only downside was that some guests might find the facilities a bit dated: no USB chargers, a large jetted tub but a tiny shower stall, and slightly old carpet. Everything else was in good shape, clean, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and I would stay again.
