There wasn’t much to say except for the receptionists at check‑in and check‑out. The dining staff, housekeeping, the lack of dish refills, the unprofessional service in the dining area, no entertainment, and a club that felt very sad and soulless.

Nice bar, decent restaurant. Very close to the slopes. Ancient structure, very dirty (and even after reporting it to reception no one came to clean the room, we had to vacuum ourselves), bed bugs in the head of the bed! BE CAREFULL

The bar was nice and the restaurant decent, and the slopes were very close. However, the building felt ancient and filthy—after telling reception, nobody came to clean the room, so we had to vacuum ourselves. Bed bugs were found in the head of the bed, so be careful.

The food was varied and very good, the comfort was adequate, and the staff were kind. The only downside was the lack of organized hikes.
