The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance, and the check‑in was hassle‑free so we could even move into the room a bit earlier. The room was unfortunately very small for the price, but that didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time exploring Palma rather than staying inside. What really spoiled the stay was that the room wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom which looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while. We only stayed one night, so we accepted it.
