“I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there.”

The place was clean, quiet, and warm when I arrived, yet the lighting was awful—outside lights outshone the interior. The cabins feel old, with a cramped shower and bathroom, and the setting isn’t as remote as the photos suggest; motel rooms lie behind the cabins and a hotel sits across the parking lot. I couldn’t leave my luggage open unless I put it on the couch, which then made the couch unusable for sitting, earning an 8.0/10.

Das kleine Haus bietet alles Nötige und der Hot Tub war großartig. Ein Lichtschalter fehlt jedoch unter dem Dach über dem Bett, und die Leiterstufen sind für barfuß unpassend… Das ist zwar sehr anspruchsvoll, aber nichts, das die Erfahrung ruinieren würde, daher 8.0/10.

“Comfortable cabin, very nice host but the surounding was disappointing.”

The bungalow was warm and comfy, fully equipped with a private hot tub, and just a minute—or less—away was a large kitchen the host kindly let us use, generously stocked with ingredients even though we had our own. Parking sits right next to the cabin. However, the area looks nothing like the pictures: several cabins face the town or other buildings, so it isn’t isolated at all, and there are two or three larger cabins that face the water, so I give it an 8.0/10.

A great cottage in beautiful nature, the small kitchen was well equipped, and the hotpot was perfect for evening relaxation. Perhaps a light switch should be added for the upper beds, but overall it was a 9.0/10 stay.
