The place was amazing, and Filippo at the reception was super attentive and polite—definitely coming back. Every detail was perfect.

The location is great, with high ceilings that look gorgeous and a tidy, modern apartment. The balcony offers nice street views and a small table. Fillipo was fantastic—our flight diverted to Palermo and we arrived late after a long drive, but he stayed in touch, met us outside a car park to guide us in, and gave a warm welcome plus useful tips. The only downside: the apartments sit on the 4th floor with no lift, so it might be tough for older guests or those with mobility issues.

The property is a clean, beautiful spot in a 200‑year‑old building; expect a few stairs but it’s worth it. Fillipo, the host, is friendly, reachable via WhatsApp, and speaks excellent English.

The B&B’s location is fantastic, just a 3‑minute walk to Castello Ursino, and all other sights are reachable on foot. Check‑in was very straightforward. It’s a shame we only stayed one night. Nothing else to note.

A truly wonderful B&B in a side street, yet close to the center. We had a lovely room overlooking the city. Filippo is incredibly kind and friendly—highly recommended, thanks again!
