One word for this hotel: magnificent! My 75‑year‑old father and I stayed here. When booking, I requested a spacious shower room if possible, to suit his mobility needs. The room we received exceeded every expectation: it was extremely large, with two wardrobes, and the bathroom featured a truly huge and comfortable shower. The hotel sits in the heart of Siusi, just a 10‑minute walk to the Alpe di Siusi cable car. For car travellers, there is a large, convenient free parking lot. Dining was a highlight: in the evening you can dine on site for €35 per person (buffet of starters, first course, soup, main course, and dessert). Drinks are excluded, but the wine list offers a really excellent and varied selection for wine lovers. I also tried the Spa – equipped with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, and hydro massage – and found it impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Spa towels are provided on site, while in the room you’ll already find bathrobes and pool towels. The pool is located in the rear garden, also well kept and positioned in a fantastic spot with a spectacular view of the Massiccio dello Sciliar. Finally, special praise goes to the staff: lovely, sunny, always smiling and ready to give useful advice. My father was not feeling well in the first few days because of a strong cold, and the entire staff constantly checked on him and asked if we needed anything. That human attention and warmth made us feel truly welcome. A final positive note: even though we didn’t travel with pets, we really appreciated that the property is pet‑friendly. We will definitely return!

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. We hiked all day every day during our stay, only coming back to the hotel for sleep after dinner with our hiking group (they stayed in different hotels). The sauna was already closed at 7 pm when we were back. There were plenty of parking spots but also plenty of cars, so it was challenging sometimes. Our rental car was scratched by someone overnight in the parking lot. There were mosquitos in the room. We also heard dogs barking sometimes.

Very nice host family with direct and friendly contact with guests. The evening menu was very tasty and well served. The generous outdoor area with loungers, armchairs and swimming pool. Unfortunately we only found out on the last day that the menu could also be reduced by one or two courses!
