The spot is great, a quiet corner of the street yet a short walk to a lively, fun area full of restaurants and bars, plus a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge that we really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly, and the place offers free coffee and tea, which is always nice. The shower soaps were good. It’s our first time staying at a proper American motel; we’re used to apartments or hotels, so maybe we didn’t know what to expect, but it felt very motel‑ish and not comfortable or clean enough for us. Even though the street is quiet, if the neighbors in the rooms next to you leave early in the morning, you’ll definitely hear every little noise they make.

If possible please change the elevator’s. More security in parking lots

The location was perfect. Staff were nice. After checking in, we went to our room only to find out that it wasn’t made up yet from the previous guests. We were then moved to a room facing the street, which turned out to be really exposed to street noise even at night.
