We really liked the hotel and its location, and we’ll definitely come back. The drink service was slow when it wasn’t very busy, some of the staff around the pool weren’t very enthusiastic, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

The hotel is close to the beach. The receptionist was very friendly and everything was always precise. The breakfast didn’t live up to expectations for a four‑star hotel. Every morning the menu was the same: eggs cooked the same way, always semi‑cold, and by the time I reached my table they were completely chilled. All the meat products were tasteless and the selection was very small. The salad had only cherry tomatoes. The butter I tasted one morning was awful and inedible. The coffee from the machine was completely tasteless. There was only one type of cheese, with a very specific flavor. The staff in the restaurant were very rude; if you came at 10 am (breakfast runs until 10:30) they looked at you sideways. The staff barely spoke English, making communication difficult. The hotel offers paid breakfast from 10:30; once we arrived around 11 we received a laughable breakfast for a good price. I ordered a toast with eggs and avocado, the eggs were ice‑cold, and my friend got a tiny slice of extremely over‑baked bread with jam that she paid 5 € for. It was a disaster. If you order coffee in the restaurant, you’ll get it in plain glass cups without handles, and you can’t drink it until it cools, and the coffee tastes like something between milk and chocolate milk. We paid the hotel 1,500 € for five nights with breakfast for two people and were very disappointed. The hotel is not recommended.

The pool area is nice and the location is excellent. I expected two or three more machines in the fitness center; a cross‑trainer would not have been excessive. Stains on the pillowcase were overlooked, so the cover wasn’t changed. A bit more attention would have been appropriate.
