“Good travelers hotel if you exclude the neighborhood”

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean; my vehicle felt very secure because the building has a garage. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything, and the neighbourhood lacks restaurants, making me uneasy about going out after dark.

Everything was excellent. Very courteous, ready to provide all comforts, great customer service, courtesy gifts for guests, and overall everything was very good.

“Debe mejorar el anfitrión”

I appreciated the receptionist’s friendly treatment from arrival to departure; he behaved well and deserves more recognition for his dedication. However, the owner behaved terribly—she was extremely rude, even threatening to fire the staff because delivery was supposedly not allowed. The receptionist let me bring my delivery up to the room, but the owner was harsh and said she would throw the staff out. Before going up, they handed me a paper outlining what I shouldn’t do in the room, but never mentioned that delivery was prohibited. I also asked for a jacuzzi room, which I was not given. I came on a recommendation but left utterly disappointed; improvements are needed.
