I didn’t like it; from the moment I entered the place, the parking area was an issue.

The accommodation was very comfortable, well furnished, and consistently clean; the staff were very kind and gave us useful travel tips, though the parking signage could have been better, but it didn’t affect our stay.

The staff, especially Mrs. Jenny, were very friendly and attentive, making everything calm and enjoyable; I slept very peacefully. The only downside was that the hotel was a little away from Plaza de Armas, accessed through a passage, but it was still very quiet, even when I came back around 1 am.

The owner accused us of stealing a towel and threatened to call the police, then an hour later messaged that she had found it in our room and apologized. I was also left outside for an hour at night, knocking because the owner had fallen asleep and wouldn’t let me in.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but the breakfast is acceptable. The only drawback was the view from the room.
