“Absolutely beautiful we’ll be back.”
A lovely boutique hotel; our room was immaculate and very cozy. Breakfast was delightful, and the beach club was a treat. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

I found a quiet spot just 5 minutes from Kalka, with beautiful views and crystal‑clear sea, and the breakfast they serve right in front of us was excellent. However, the pier and the wooden railings overlooking the water need repair, and the floor on the terrace in my room should be updated.

Location good. Beach club good. We had the penthouse with jacuzzi and the views were beautiful. on arrival no hot water. Last evening no hot water, morning we left no hot water, couldn’t be bothered to complain again so had a cold shower. Umbrella on terrace broken, replaced. 3 lights broken on terrace. 2 lights not working in room, replaced. Mirrors not working (LEDs) so had to use small mirror for makeup etc. sofa stained and torn. Room dusty on skirting boards. Constantly had to ask for coffee, then told they had run out and were waiting for delivery, bought own. Paid about £300/night not worth it

I stayed alone and loved the spacious, stylish room with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The room had robes and all the necessary accessories. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The old town is a 15‑minute walk away, but you can also take a taxi or drive—parking in the city center is a bit tight. Breakfast was delicious, especially the big plate of assorted fruit. The beach area with loungers is comfortable and secluded, with no unwanted noise. The sea entrance is via a staircase; you can’t reach the bottom, but swimming is comfortable and there were no waves. The only issue is that the metal fixtures in the beach zone need fresh paint.

The place is well situated, a quick taxi ride or a 20‑minute walk into town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even secured a bed for us after a very early arrival so we could catch a few hours of sleep, and they arranged a spot for us to freshen up after we left well past checkout. They went above and beyond, and we’re very grateful. We booked one of the Junior Pool Suites, which was spacious, private, and super quiet—exactly what we needed. All in all, I’d strongly recommend staying at Likya Gardens; we’ll definitely come back. The only downside was a few bits of decor that were starting to look a little tired, but that’s expected after a long summer season.
