The housekeeping ladies cleaned the hotel daily and kept everything tidy, but we ran into issues with the room and the manager refused to resolve them. The price shown online was half of what we were charged on arrival, and the economy room lacked a private toilet or shower – none of which was mentioned in the description.

The room was clean and there was unlimited tea. As others have mentioned, we ran into a problem with the room after we got there. We had booked a room for two people but the hotel found that our reservation was recorded as a single bed in a shared all‑male room. I think it was a translation or system error between the hotel and the booking platform. We ended up paying to upgrade to a single room for two people, which is exactly what we thought we had booked. The bathrooms were dirty, the shower was cold, and there was no safe place to put items.
