The décor felt luxurious, the room was spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was hard to control and the room got too cold, so we had to turn it off most of the time. The shower floor wasn’t sloped correctly, so water pooled and got uncomfortably cold. The breakfast selection was limited and overall below average.

Everything was very clean, and the customer service from manager Mohamed Abdelrashid, Mohamed Boujlida, and Nabil was excellent. All aspects were excellent.
