The spot is exactly where the listing said – right in the middle of everything and the staff were friendly enough to try fixing my noise problem right away. Unfortunately the guests upstairs kept dropping and dragging stuff, so I barely slept and had to find a new place the next day. When I called to end the reservation, the team was super responsive and didn’t make any hassle out of it.

I really liked the place overall, but the bathroom could have been cleaner – a quick wipe would’ve made it feel more polished.

Reception was warm and the employees gave top‑notch service, and the whole building felt tidy and well‑organized. The only drawback is that there are just two bathrooms for everyone, which can get crowded.

Getting in and out feels like you need a security guard on duty – the doors only open when the staff let you, and after 1 am you’re basically stuck outside waiting, which isn’t fun in a neighborhood that can get a bit sketchy at night. It’s a hassle if you’re late.

The staff are genuinely charismatic and made me feel welcome; there wasn’t anything that stood out as a problem during my time there.
