Perfect for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago because it’s right on the route. The room is quite old—shower, bed, pillow all need improvement. We used the restaurant for breakfast and paid separately; it was a normal meal. The bed and pillow are very old and uncomfortable, the shower is also old and you can hear other rooms, and cleaning could be better even though it wasn’t dirty.

What’s advertised doesn’t match reality. No staff, and complaints went unanswered. The building has three high floors accessed by a single polished staircase with no handrail. You’re forced to haul your luggage up as high as you can. With 35 degrees it’s a furnace—no fan, a broken sink, a terrible noisy bed, and an unacceptable theft. There’s no staff, no notice of the three‑floor staircase, the shower door didn’t seal, water leaked into the bathroom, we couldn’t even get toilet paper, and it feels like a furnace. Don’t book it.

The location might be decent, but the room was very uncomfortable, the staff communication was poor, and the bathroom was too basic and uncomfortable.
