“Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w ostatni tydzień lata z piękną pogodą”
Great large pools, both outdoor and indoor, cleanliness, large free parking, tasty breakfasts, and beautiful views from the room window – highly recommended.

Beautiful pools, billiards, and a kids’ area. There’s plenty to do, even when the weather is bad. A very friendly lady at reception. Once a year there’s the Wisła Rally. Some people like it, others don’t. During that time, getting to the hotel is heavily disrupted.

I rate the stay very poorly. The first room was very cold, and because the reception was unavailable I couldn’t quickly resolve the issue. Later the room was changed, but I had already spent the night in uncomfortable conditions. After the change I didn’t receive an air‑conditioner remote, because – as I was told – there were too few of them. There was also annoying noise during the stay that made it hard to rest. Additionally, the room key stopped working and only when the reception was open could the problem be fixed. I wasn’t informed earlier about the serious disruptions related to the raid and road closures. As a result, on my birthday I was practically trapped in the hotel without the ability to leave or return freely. Food access was also a major issue: snack vending machines didn’t work, the restaurant’s food selection was very poor, and because the roads were closed, the ability to use other places or order food from outside was severely limited. One receptionist seemed amused by the situation I found myself in, which I took as very unprofessional at that moment. The hotel’s décor also did not meet my expectations, and combined with the cold, noise, technical problems, and lack of information about the disruptions, the stay was very unsuccessful for me. For these reasons I give the stay a 1/10.
