Breakfast was very funny, it’s on the roof and the place is dirty, there is no real breakfast – just pork with eggs and rice, and the portions are set by the supervisor in a strange way. Even the coffee sugar is exposed and you use spoons to add it, and the cleanliness is not good. The price you quoted me was 185 riyals while on other sites it’s 84 riyals, so your price is over a hundred riyals higher. In general the hotel is poor in everything from cleanliness to staff to breakfast. I had an incident at midnight when after leaving the bathroom the lock jammed and I couldn’t get out; if not for God I would have been stuck inside at midnight. When the staff came, they broke the lock and told me to wait until morning for maintenance and asked me not to lock the door!!!

The price and Wi‑Fi are solid. I’ve stayed at this place many times, and the equipment keeps getting worse.

The spot is awesome, with a cozy bar just across the street and the bus to Port Batangas/ferry Mindoro leaving right outside the door every day. The karaoke bar and restaurant on the top floor kept the noise at a minimum. The rooms feel a bit dated, but the price is fair for that.
